Notifications and live configuration

Some dashboard changes DM the bot's owner. All changes reach the live bot immediately.

What sends a DM

The bot DMs its owner when the matching toggle in Settings → Notifications (Owner Notifications) is on. All three toggles are on by default.

Live configuration

Saving a change in the dashboard applies to the live bot at once.

Authorizing a chat
Every chat is denied until it is on the allowed list. Two Telegram commands and two dashboard surfaces put it there.
